HPGPT 3000 (H₂O₂)Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilization Device, work with low temperature, does not needs humidity and does not creates toxic residues. It can be used for sterilization of metals and non metal materials, expensive tools. 

It has HRF system which generates plasma to convert Hydrogen Peroxide used in sterilization into water and oxygene. So, this system does not have any toxic residue. It does not need any assembly or montage. It has only power connection. It can be set in between the range 35C-55C. It does not damage plastic or electronic equipment. You can confidently sterilize camera heads, fiber optic cables, rigid and flexible endoscopes.

STERILIZATION PROCESS :

Preperation (Vacuum test, conditioning etc. )
Sterilization (H₂O₂ injection, plasma, etc.)
Ventilation (Air Shower)
All process stages are starts and ends automatically.

SECURITY :

There is an urgent stop button in front panel. There is also a visual and audial alarm in case of any error occurs during sterilization.

Device PLC and microcontroller, controls all the parameters used in sterilization automatically. If the sterilization conditions are not reached then the device warns the user and stops the sterilization.

If there is a power outage, depending on the sterilization process stage, program either stops and gives alert or continues the process.
